What is the difference between Skipper and Non-Skipper prices?

 

Please book the Skipper price if you want to participate in the skipping training sessions, the choreography workshop and the evening activities.

If you’re accompanying skippers, for example, if you’re a coach or a parent and will only view the training sessions, workshops and evening activities please book the Non-Skipper price.

 

 

Payment Terms

 

We ask for a £150 deposit upon registration with the outstanding balance to be paid by 1 May.

If you register after 23 April the full balance will be payable. You can register up to 4 weeks before the start of the camp. Please note, however, that we have limited places and once they sell out we won’t be able to accept further registrations.

You will be able to pay by a credit or debit card.

 

 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

If you need to cancel and you can find a suitable replacement in your place, you can get a full refund once we’ve processed the registration and payment of your replacement.

If you’re unable to find a replacement, the refund will depend on when you cancel. The following refund rates of the total cost will apply:

  • 75% if you notify us at least 5 months before the Camp’s start date
  • 50% if you notify us at least 4 months before the Camp’s start date
  • 25% if you notify us at least 3 months before the Camp’s start date
  • We won’t be able to provide any refunds if you do not notify us with at least 3 months’ notice.
